The Company's Common Stock trades on the Pink Sheets. The Company’s Class B Common Stock cannot be traded, but may be converted, at the stockholder's option, into Common Stock on a share-for-share basis and traded at any time, without cost to the stockholder.

The Company has not paid a dividend since 1993, and is restricted from paying dividends by its bank agreement. The Company has not had an Annual Meeting of Stockholders since June 22, 2004.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where is Waxman stock traded and what is the ticker symbol?
Waxman's stockholders voted in favor of a transaction that reduced its shareholder number below 300, and the Company delisted itself from the OTC -- BB on June 23, 2004. The Company is a non-reporting company and no longer is registered with the SEC as a public company. Until that date, Waxman stock was traded on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board Exchange under the symbol WAXM. Waxman stock may trade on the Pink Sheets under the symbol WXMN.PK.

When did Waxman incorporate, and when did it go public?
Waxman began operating in 1934 as Waxman Plumbing Supply Co., but became incorporated under its current structure in Delaware on October 1989, as Waxman Industries, Inc. In 1971, Waxman made its initial public offering.

When does Waxman's fiscal year end?
Waxman's year end is December 31st.

Waxman has not paid a dividend since 1993.

The Company is no longer required to provide financial information or other financial literature.
